Report activity level
Doctoral students’ activity must be reported in Ladok every calendar half-year. There must be an account of current and planned activity in the Individual Study Plan (ISP).
The departments’ doctoral studies administration reports activity in Ladok based on the specified activities in the ISP. If the activity changes, the ISP must be revised.

For doctoral students who do not have a revised ISP with a clearly stated activity, the activity in question may appear in the ISP under the headings “Time plan for entire graduate programme” or possibly “Planned employment for entire project”.
Example
Note that the sum of the number of net months of doctoral education in the plan should always be 48.
