Report activity level

The department must report the doctoral student’s activity in Ladok every calendar half-year. The doctoral student and the supervisor are responsible for registering an account of current and planned activity in the individual study plan.

For doctoral students who have Ladok ISP, use Ladok ISP.
For doctoral students who do not have Ladok ISP, use the form Revise the individual study plan pdf, 113 kB..
For doctoral students who neither have Ladok ISP nor an older, revised ISP with a clearly stated activity, the activity in question may appear in the ISP (in PDF format) under the headings “Time plan for entire graduate programme” or possibly “Planned employment for entire project”.
