The Unit for Quality and Evaluations offers consultative support when planning and performing a survey as part of quality work.
When designing survey questions and response alternatives there are different choices to make. Consider consulting a survey method or statistics book if you want to know more about questionnaire design.
Survey tools at Uppsala University
The survey tool Kurt and the survey tool Microsoft Forms are available to use when conducting a survey. When conducting surveys that are more advanced you can use the tool Survey&Report.
