About the course
The course will be about cultural norms and beliefs and their impact on the individual, group and organization. The course also touches on the various aspects of diversity and the importance of creating a sustainable organisation. As a main task, you must carry out a cultural analysis using the letter method. You must also write and present your cultural analysis and oppose a peer's cultural analysis report. Scientific methods are covered in the course with a focus on data collection and analysis.
