About the course
The course provides a theoretical basis and practical application for how a change can be implemented in a planned and goal-oriented way from the need to implementation. Different organisational types, structures and organisational systems, as well as leadership, all of which can create readiness for change work in organisations, are to be explored. Change models are studied and critically reviewed in the course.
Planning, control and follow-up models for change and their relationship to quality engineering tools are analysed. Driving forces and obstacles to change and the role of leadership in change work are to be discussed.
