About the course

The course gives you knowledge about the organisation of companies and its role in society. What strategies are there for technology-intensive companies when it comes to development? What is the relationship between the technology, the environment and the company's internal organisation? Intrapreneurship can be explained as entrepreneurship within one's own workplace. Intrapreneurship gives employees the opportunity to create a product, service or department in their current workplace. Technical know-how is required here, but at the same time a knowledge of a company's organisation and environment in order to see the possibilities for development.
