About the course
The course is designed to provide professional construction engineers and architects with a comprehensive understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and its practical implementation using Autodesk Revit.
As participant, you will learn the fundamental concepts of BIM, explore the capabilities of Revit as a 3D modelling software, and develop skills to organize projects effectively from a BIM perspective. Additionally, the course will focus on developing foundational knowledge in 3D modelling techniques and effective communication and presentation of visual ideas. The course is structured around project work where the main documents for a detached house are prepared.
Outline for distance course: The course is completely web-based and the teaching is based on a learning management system. Access to a computer with speakers, microphone, camera and internet connection is required to follow the course. The course includes mandatory online seminars offered at scheduled hours. Several optional time slots will be provided for each seminar and students choose one of them in agreement with the course director.
