About the course
Companies today face demands to create, communicate and deliver value in interaction with customers, distributors and suppliers. In this, it becomes important for companies to deal with various societal challenges that result from e.g. changed customer expectations, technologies etc. where marketing is part of meeting these changes. The course provides a deeper understanding of marketing's role in building long-term relationships through value creation, where value is expressed in function, experience and brand.
