About the course

The course will be focused on the interplay between sex hormones and the female brain. Specifically, it aims to provide a solid understanding of cutting-edge theories and analytical methods in behavioural, neuroimaging and chemical testing related to the psychoneuroendocrinology of women's mental health. Moreover, you will strengthen your analytical and problem-solving skills through hands-on dry and wet labs related to hormone measurements and brain imaging. Finally, you will understand the complementarity of disciplines and related professions surrounding women's mental health from a psychoneuroendocrine perspective and increase confidence in your ability to collaborate.
