About the course
Are you curious about what happens when something is recognised as a cultural or natural heritage? What are the consequences of this recognition and how does it shape the way we perceive the world? Cultural and natural heritage are powerful concepts that create what they are referring to, and during the course, we will discuss how this is achieved. We examine different heritage processes on a global, national, regional and local level, using the example of Gotland as a point of departure but with international outlooks.
