About the course

You conduct an independent study of a topic in the Iranian language or literature. If the study is directly related to texts in the main language also cultural topics may be allowed. The independent project provides the student with a good knowledge of how to apply scientific facts, how to test scientific hypotheses and how to plan, carry out and present a scientific work.

Outline for distance course: The course is IT-based and taught via the university's learning platform Studium and the video platform Zoom. Access to a computer with an internet connection, webcam and microphone is required to follow the course.
