Entry requirements
120 credits and 15 credits from Business Development and Entrepreneurship. Proficiency in English equivalent to the Swedish upper secondary course English 6.
Learning outcomes
After a successfully complete course the student should be able to:
- search, gather, value and critically interpret relevant information to a problem within technology based business development, and critically discuss phenomena, questions and situations within technology based business development taking into account scientific, societal, commercial and ethical aspects,
- together with other students identify, formulate, and solve problems relevant to technology based business development, even with limited information, as well as plan and with adequate methods execute qualified tasks within technology, based business development within given time frames,
- orally and in writing account for and discuss problems, solutions and conclusions,
- provide constructive criticism to the texts and oral presentations of peers.
Content
In the project work, the students shall practice knowledge gained during their studies so far, as well as under supervision and in cooperation with other students, solve with and present a task within technology based business development, within given time- and resource frames. The task will be chosen so that knowledge from previous studies will be practiced, broadened and deepened.
Instruction
Seminars and supervision.
Assessment
Active participation in seminars. Oral and written presentation of the own project and oral and written opposition to the project of another group.
If there are special reasons for doing so, an examiner may make an exception from the method of assessment indicated and allow a student to be assessed by another method. An example of special reasons might be a certificate regarding special pedagogical support from the disability coordinator of the university.
