Inti José Lammi är forskare inom ämnet organisation. I sin tidigare forskning har Inti studerat hur automatiserande teknik inverkar på förmågan att styra myndighetsarbete. Därtill så har hans fokus legat på hur socialteori kan nyttjas empiriskt för liknande empiriska frågor.

My research examines the material constitution of practices in organizations with a particular focus on the role of information technology in light of socio-technical change.

Empirically, my research examines extent of expressions of change across interlinked practices, how shared artifacts and systems are used and understood differently, and how the mundane dimensions of practices and technology tread forth to have organizational implications.

Theoretically, my research engages with advancing the understanding of how practices can be both understood and studied empirically through the use of practice theory. My thesis focused specifically on the methodological issues arising from taking practice theory seriously, and how established approaches in organizational studies compare to the analytical use of contemporary practice theory.
