Since August 2025, Frida Bällgren has a researcher position in bioanalysis and pharmacokinetics at ADMEoT/UDOPP, Uppsala University (UU), Drug Discovery and Development platform, SciLifeLab. She has a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences (2024) and a MSc in Pharmacy (2019). Her doctoral thesis focused on the translation of active uptake of small molecular drugs across brain barriers, using in vitro and in vivo models, in health and disease, performed with the tPKPD group at the Dept. of Pharmacy, UU.
