Kort presentation
Jag är docent i psykologi och legitimerad psykolog. Min forskning handlar i stora drag om hur psykosociala faktorer i arbetslivet påverkar hälsa och sjukfrånvaro bland anställda. Exempel på specifika områden är betydelsen av arbetsplatsens ledarskap, hälsa kopplad till horisontell och vertikal könssegregering på arbetsmarknaden och hälsokonsekvenser av våld i arbetslivet.
