Ingrid Olsson är docent i pedagogik, excellent lärare, lektor i didaktik och fil dr i psykologi. Hennes forskning handlar främst om förskola, skola, funktionsnedsättning, inkludering, delaktighet, implementering, samverkan och ledarskap. Hon ingår i olika nationella och internationella samarbeten. Hon undervisar inom grundutbildning, masterprogram och forskarutbildning.

Ingrid Olssons forskning handlar främst om förskola, skola, funktionsnedsättning, utvärdering, inkludering, delaktighet, implementering, samverkan och ledarskap. Hon ingår i olika nationella och internationella samarbeten och är anlitad som lektör av internationella tidskrifter och forskningsorgan.
