Collaboration and Outreach at Alva Myrdal Centre

meeting with parlamentary committee

As Sweden’s national knowledge centre on nuclear disarmament, the Centre bridges academic research with real-world challenges in arms control, non-proliferation, and disarmament.

AMC cooperates with with government agencies and civil society organisations to facilitate dissemination of research findings as well as exchange of knowledge and experience.

In this section, we present our public engagement initiatives, media presence, event programmes, podcast series, and inter-disciplinary partnerships. Through these efforts, we seek to translate rigorous research into societal influence, spark informed debate, and build connections with policy makers, practitioners, civil society, and the general public.
