It is of utmost importance that the national support lines are well known. The support lines are widely advertised with calling cards and posters in, for example, hospitals, health centres, schools, and job centres. Calling cards are available in different languages, as well as in braille, and all information materials can be ordered free of charge in order to ensure widespread coverage.
