Tandem Lab Highlights 2024 now online
Instead of a long annual report we publish a short brochure showcasing the highlights of the past year. While the print version has been out for a while, the digital version is now available to download:

The Highlights give you a short update on what has been happening in our lab with respect to both infrastructure and research. Some of the stories featured:
- Ion implantations for writing magnetic micro- and nanopatterns
- Radiocarbon dating of a 4500-year-old gravesite providing insights into the development of the European genome
- Ion beam analysis of hydrogen-storage materials and metal-organic frameworks
- Upgrade of our MeV irradiation beamline
- Introduction of the new UHV preparation chamber for our medium-energy ion scattering system
