NES researchers featured in IVAs Technology Speech 2025
We are proud to announce that Professor Thiemo Voigt and his research team from the Division of Networked Embedded Systems (NES) were featured in the Technology Speech at the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA)’s 106th Annual Meeting Festivities 2025.
The Technology Speech highlights significant advances in research, innovation, and technology, and Prof. Voigt’s team was recognized for their construction of a microwatt radio using tunnel diodes: an innovative technology that drastically reduces the power consumption of a radio transmitter, making it sustainable, easy to power and ideal for IOT purposes.
