Profession, prevention & practice (PPP)
Description of the research group
In the research group Profession, Prevention and Practice, the social work researchers use many different theoretical and methodological approaches. The group members work in projects that aim to study subjects related to the professionalism of social work as well as preventive social measures and the practice of different kinds of social work. Some group members are studying connections between social work research and field practice, while others are focusing on social politics, legal and regulatory frameworks and the socio-economical vulnerability of the clients in the welfare state.
