On September 15th we are running a workshop on Evolution and Biodiversity in a changing climate on Septh 15th as part of our area of strength project on evolution and biodiversity in a changing world. Sign up if you want to participate, latest September 1st. The workshop will be held in English.
Morning session: (Ekmansalen)
- Gabriele Messori (UU) 9.15-9.45: Challenges and opportunities for studying the socio-economic impacts of climate extremes.
- Giulia Vico (SLU) 9.45-10.15: Plant diversity in managed ecosystems for climate change adaptation.
Coffee break
- Anna Sobek (SU) 10.30–11.00: Chemical pollution in a changing world.
- Emma Kritzberg (LU) 11.00–11.30: Time to walk the talk: from climate ambition to efficiently reducing the academic carbon footprint.
Afternoon:
13.00- approx 16 Parallell breakout sessions (halls will be announced later)
