Ventilation
House 1
The ventilation system operates on weekdays between 5 am and 6 pm. Outside these hours, you can activate the ventilation system yourself for two-hour periods using the push buttons located in
- the corridors on Floors 0–4 (the buttons are located in Zones A–D on the western side of the corridor);
- Zone C on Floor K1.
In Siegbahnsalen (10101), the ventilation system operates between 5.30 am and 5 pm. Push buttons are available in the lecture hall to activate the ventilation system for three-hour periods outside these hours.
House 2
The ventilation system operates on weekdays between 6 am and 7 pm.
If you require ventilation outside these hours, you can arrange this in advance by submitting a fault report to our property owner, Akademiska Hus. Please select the relevant campus area, building and, where applicable, room number, and specify that you require extended ventilation, including the date and the times during which the ventilation system is required.
Buildings 3–8, including the Cleanroom
The ventilation system, including the safety ventilation system, operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Building 9
The general ventilation system operates on weekdays between 6 am and 6 pm.
Outside these hours, you can activate the ventilation system yourself for two-hour periods using the push button located on each floor near the entrance connecting to House 1.
FREIA Laboratory
At the FREIA Laboratory, the ventilation system operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
House 10, Floors K1–1
The ventilation system operates on weekdays between 6 am and 7 pm.
Outside these hours, you can activate the ventilation system yourself for various time periods using the push button located opposite the Keys and Access Cards Service.
In the Eva von Bahr Auditorium (100195), the ventilation system operates on weekdays between 7.30 am and 5 pm. The auditorium also has a dedicated button for extended operation of the ventilation system, which activates the system for five-hour periods. The button is located on Floor 0 next to the central entrance door.
House 10, Floors 2–6
The ventilation system operates on weekdays between 6 am and 7 pm. Outside these hours, you can activate the ventilation system yourself for two-hour periods. The push button is located just inside the entrance door, next to the lift, on each floor.
