About the course
The course is an advanced course in business studies with a special focus on marketing and organisation. The course goes deeper into two areas: behavior and digitalisation. A starting point for the course is that organisations are social entities with complex dynamics that develop from the interdependence of individuals. Collaboration is therefore required to pursue organisational goals and reach the market with competitive offers. The course aims to provide participants with knowledge to understand and be able to manage these complex dynamics, inside and outside organisations. The course therefore offers knowledge of organisational and consumer behavior, two areas of knowledge with a long tradition in the field of business studies.
The course also pays attention to how digitalisation affects organisations and individuals dealing with the complex and dynamic contemporary world in which they operate. More specifically, the course addresses the impact of digitalisation on work organisation and marketing.
