Spanish

Spanish is a Romance language. Like the other related languages, Spanish has evolved from Latin and is now spoken by more than 400 million people, mainly in Spain and in North and South America.

The education aims to improve basic language skills with a focus, in the beginning, on grammar studies, training of the ability to converse as well as text reading which increases vocabulary and grammatical correctness. Along with studies of Spain's history and social conditions. The latter part of the studies in Spanish, includes courses in Spanish and Latin American culture from the 16th century onwards, Spanish linguistics and literature.

Beginner's Course in Spanish, 30 credits, gives specific eligibility to Spanish A.
