Grzegorz Paletko

I work in the reflection seismology group as an electro-mechanical technician.

My supervisor is Prof. Alireza Malehmir.
I perform service and maintenance work with seismic equipment and implement innovations and new solutions for seismic acquisition.
In addition to geophysics, I am very interested in GIS, remote sensing data, CAD and applied electronics DIY, especially for signal processing (wave oscillators, envelope filters, frequency filters and sequencers).

I graduated from AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow, Poland, with a MSc degree with Exploration Geophysics (2005-2010); Thesis: "Przetwarzanie formy sygnału - wavelet processing".

I graduated also from Politechnika Krakowska in Cracow, Poland, with Postgraduate Degree with Geoengineering for environmental protection (2012-2013) and from AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow, Poland with Application of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles in Solving Engineering Problems (2022-2023).

I graduated from a technical school with a specialty in electronic technician as well (2000-2005).

For more than 10 years (2011-2022), I worked at Geopartner Ltd. in Cracow, Poland, as a geophysicist and senior geophysicist, where I gained experience in geophysical surveys for engineering solutions and natural resource exploration.
