Biografi
Having a PhD in Cell Biology, I lead the BioVis Platform, which consists of four specialized nodes: Light Microscopy, Electron Microscopy, Flow Cytometry, and Image Analysis.
BioVis is designed to support research groups interested in using our instruments independently. Each user undergoes a basic introduction course, covering both the theoretical background of the selected technique and a hands-on session for instrument operation. Our BioVis staff are available for consultations, full-service support, and assistance with any questions that may arise while using the equipment.
If you have inquiries about Light Microscopy, Flow Cytometry, Cell Sorting, or Image Analysis, don’t hesitate to reach out to me or BioVis Staff.
Staff:
Dirk Pacholsky, PhD : Flow Cytometry & Cell Sorting, Microscopy, head of BioVis
Matyas Molnar, PhD: Superresolution, 2P Microscopy & Lightsheet Microscopy, IMARIS
Ross Smith, PhD: Confocal, Fluorescence Live Cell Microscopy, Image J & Huygens, Image Flow Cytometry
Karin Staxäng, TMA: Electron Microscopy and EM Lab
Monika Hodik, PhD: Electron Microscopy and EM Lab
