Kort presentation
Min forskning syftar till att bättre förstå samspelet mellan klimatförändringar och förekomsten av marina växtplankton över olika tidsskalor och således få bättre kunskap om förändringar i den globala kolcykeln. Det finns mycket att lära sig av nu levande alger (kokkolitoforider), genom fältstudier och experiment i laboratoriet, och om vi vill förstå de långsiktiga effekterna av klimatförändringar behöver vi gå tillbaka i tiden och studera fossila tidsserier.
