About the course
The course introduces the periods, languages, writing systems and palaeography of Old Turkic. Furthermore, the course gives skills in reading, transcribing, analysing and translating chosen texts. Furthermore, you will get an overview of cultural, religious and linguistic relations in regions where Old Turkic was used.
