What is Medical Humanities?
Medical humanities is a multidisciplinary field where questions related to medicine, disease and health are placed in a historical, cultural and social context. This includes humanities and social science research in the medical field, as well as research in the medical field that uses theory, methods and perspectives from the humanities and social sciences.
