Internationalisation in research
Uppsala University is constantly working to attract the most qualified researchers and teachers from around the world. We also want to increase the international funding of research and develop institutional relationships with the most prominent international research environments. On this page you can read about some of the ways in which this is done.

Collège de France exchange
College de France (CdF) collaboration began in 2004 when an agreement on the exchange between CdF and UU was signed. The exchange means an opportunity to annually invite up to three guest lecturers from CdF and suggest researchers from UU who can be invited to lecture at CdF.
Guest lecturing at CdF and/or making contacts at UU in connection with visiting professors/researchers from CdF is an opportunity for teachers and researchers at UU who wish to expand their international involvement. Researchers or teachers participating in the exchange must be outstanding in their subject and good presenters. Participants in the exchange testify to intellectual stimulation and an unique academic environment.
