Board
The activities of Forum for Jewish Studies are managed by a board consisting of a chairperson, five representatives from the faculties within the Disciplinary Domain of the Humanities and Social Sciences, one representative each of the students and the doctoral candidates and one representative of the public.
Board members are appointed by the dean of the Faculty of Theology following consultations with the faculty board. They are elected for a period of two years. The student representative is appointed by the Theological Study Council and the representative of the doctoral candidates is appointed by the Graduate Student Council at the faculty. Both are appointed for one year.
The directors Cecilia Wassen and Lars M. Andersson of Forum for Jewish studies has the right to attend and speak at the board meetings. They are also expected to keep the board of the Faculty of Theology informed.
