Receptions in the University Main Building
The Academy Steward's Office administers the Vice-Chancellor's receptions in the Chancellor's Room as well as the Faculty Rooms at the University Main Building. At the courtesy of the Vice-Chancellor all organisational units (departments, divisions, centres etc.) at the university have the possibility to apply for receptions in connection to conferences, concerts, events as well as incoming visits.
Applications should be made by filling out the application formulary below and send it to the Vice-Chancellor's matron/Deputy academy steward.
