Strength Flow is a form of training in which the body moves through repetitive and progressive movement patterns. The class is inspired by the discipline of yoga and grounded in the principles of strength training, bringing the two methods together in a cohesive practice.

Through strength based exercises, predictable sequences, and intentional repetition, Strength Flow creates a steady flow of movement that supports focus, control, and presence. Rather than moving quickly from one exercise to the next, strength is developed through mindful repetition and by building on the fundamentals of each movement pattern.

Each class is designed to encourage curiosity for movement and provide an opportunity to develop skill mastery. Breathing techniques are incorporated as a tool for building strength and supporting mindful movement. This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners and individuals who are new to training.
