Let's try cross-country skiing – Campus Gotland

In collaboration with SOK Svaide, the Student Health Service at Uppsala University gives students at Campus Gotland the opportunity to try cross‑country skiing (if the snow stays!).
The activity is aimed at beginners who want to try cross‑country skiing for the first time, or at those who have tried it a little before and would like some tips on improving their technique.
You get free rental of skis, ski boots and ski poles on site. Wear clothes according to the weather and maybe bring some hot drinks and snacks!
We meet at Svajdestugan a little before 16:00 so you have time to collect your equipment and try it on.
You can get there by car or by taking bus no. 11 from Visby bus station (Platform G) at 15:40, getting off at the ‘Svajdestugan’ stop at 15:49. For the return journey, there is a bus from Svajdestugan at 18:58 which arrives at Visby bus station at 19:10.
