About the course
Teaching in Swedish as a Second Language is a skill with high demand at the job market. Second language teaching is also an important part of our society and you as a teacher can make a big difference in students language learning. This course gives you the tools and knowledge that takes to become a good teacher of Swedish as a Second Language. You learn more about different aspects that affects second language learning and you will learn to teach and compare Swedish grammar and phonology with other languages. The theoretical part of the course is interspersed with professional elements such as lesson planning and study visits of second language learning in schools. This course is for you who is interested in language learning and multilingualism, perhaps are you an active teacher, teacher student or generally interested.
