About the course
The course contains the following: Introduction to agile working methods and Kanban. Examples of agile methods. Applicability of agile methods to various organisations and project types. Agile planning, time estimation, requirements management and risk management. Project leadership, organisation and roles according to Scrum. Group dynamics: Development, communication and conflict management. The basics of budgeting and follow-up plus time and cost management. Results in the form of customer and business usefulness. Introduction to ISO 21500.
