About the course
Master the complete game production pipeline—from initial concept and game design document to artifact lists, backlogs, staffing, milestones, and financial planning.
The course utilizes technical production software tools for task tracking, version control, staff management, as well as financial planning for game development projects.
During this course, you will deconstruct and analyze previous game projects to identify and synthesize established best practices in game development. It will equip you with industry-standard methods for supervising and managing game development in professional and research settings.
