Välkommen till ett halvtidsseminarium i människa-maskininteraktion presenterat av Hong Wang. Seminariet hålls på engelska.
Abstract: The overall objective of this doctoral research is to investigate privacy, safety, and security risks in AI-augmented human–robot interaction (HRI) and to develop and evaluate user-centred mechanisms that enable social robots to communicate these risks in a transparent and socially acceptable manner. This involves understanding the risks associated with the integration of AI, examining how robot communication influences user satisfaction and decision-making, and investigating how robot interventions can support appropriate risk responses.
Currently the research has established an initial conceptual and empirical foundation through a multidimensional risk framework and experimental investigations of robot transparency, user interpretation, and decisional control in risk-relevant situations. These contributions provide insights into how risks can be identified and how communication and intervention design affect users’ judgments and experiences during human-robot-AI collaboration.
