In the frame of ERASMUS+ Assist. Professor Dr. Andrej Ovca, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, guest lectured within the topic Global Food Safety on the 5th to 6th of February 2026
The lecture Modern Food Safety Challenges: Exposing Emerging Hazards and Risks become appreciated by the students on the Bachelor's Programme in Foodservice and Nutrition. The students are currently taking the course Food safety and food legislation (7,5 hp) in charge of Professor Ingela Marklinder. The session terminated by a seminar.
