Biografi
Jag är docent i kostvetenskap, samt universitetslektor vid Institutionen för kostvetenskap. I min forskning är jag intresserad av frågor relaterade till dietistens kommunikation. Jag disputerade år 2015 på en avhandling om innehåll och språk i dietistens dokumentation i patientjournaler. Jag leder och koordinerar sedan 2016 den internationella studien INIS: International Nutrition Care Process Implementation Survey. I denna studie deltar forskare från 23 olika länder, och tillsammans undersöker vi användandet av en standardiserad arbetsmodell och terminologi bland dietister i olika delar av världen. I nuläget arbetar jag också tillsammans med forskare från Karolinska Institutet, Karolinska Universitetssjukhuset och Region Sörmland i ett projekt som handlar om att utveckla personcentrerade verktyg för att följa upp behandling av patienter med risk för undernäring. Jag är också involverad i ett tvärvetenskapligt projekt där vi utforskar etiska aspekter inom kostrådgivning i primärvården.
Sedan 2023 koordinerar jag forskarskolan InSyNC, som leds av Uppsala universitet i samarbete med Umeå och Göteborgs universitet. Jag är även studierektor för forskarutbildningen vid Institutionen för kostvetenskap.
Jag undervisar både inom dietistprogrammet och kostvetarprogrammet.
