* Betty Pettersson from Visby, was the first official female university student in Sweden when she enrolled at Uppsala University in 1872.

Defibrillator on the ground floor
There is a defibrillator on the ground floor, between the toilets and the study space. There are also defibrillators in
- B building, behind the reception desk,
- E building inside the entrance door to the library,
- F building, inside the entrance door,
- G building, stairwell, second floor.
There is a First aid kit on the ground floor beside the defibrillator. There also First aid kits in the B building, opposite the elevators on the ground floor, and in the G building, stairwell second floor beside the defibrillator.
Lecture hall D13 - Floor 1 - D building
Room D13 ("the eco lab") has 30 seats. A projector is available. 7-day schedule for D13 (TimeEdit).
This room is mainly used by the University’s programmes in cultural conservation (Bachelor Programme in Building Conservation and Bachelor Programme in Objects Conservation) and courses in biology.
Special safety regulations apply, which are posted on a placard on the door between the large lab room (D13) and the vestibule/cloak room. University’s pages on chemicals handling. Questions about procedures and regulations around the room including chemicals can be asked of Susanna Barros at the Department of Art History, Division of Conservation.

D24 is a so called ALC classroom (ALC = Active Learning Classroom) - designed for discussion and student collaboration, with round tables to facilitate peer review and peer learning. It's not suitable for lectures.
In addition to the technical equipment above, the room is equipped with rollable chairs, 8 round tables and 4 removable writing boards.

Floor 3 of the D building has facilities/offices administrative staff at the Division of Common Service and Administration and other divisions at the University.
