Please note: All prices below are specified excluding VAT (value-added tax). VAT (25%) will be added before payment. See exceptions below*.

Early bird conference fees (registration by 27 February 2026)

PhD student (early bird): 1,450 SEK excl. VAT
Regular (early bird): 2,450 SEK excl. VAT

Registration after 27 February 2026

PhD student: 2,450 SEK excl. VAT
Regular: 3,450 SEK excl. VAT

The conference fee covers access to all sessions, lunches and coffee breaks on June 9-11, as well as registration fees.

Conference dinner

PhD student 425 SEK excl. VAT
Regular 600 SEK excl. VAT

Drink packages at the conference dinner
Tap water and tea/coffee are included in the price (no extra cost)
Alcohol-free drink package 2 units (mineral water, alcohol-free beer, soda) 80 SEK excl. VAT

Conference delegates are required to pay Swedish VAT (25%) on the registration fee, dinner and social events according to Swedish tax legislation. VAT may be reimbursed according to specific regulations: If you are from a country in the European Economic Area (EEA), please seek a VAT refund through the tax office in your home country.

Exceptions: For Swedish participants from government public sector organisations (“statliga myndigheter”, e.g., universities, governmental agencies), no VAT will be added. In this case, you must choose the invoice payment option (Swedish billing address only) and provide your VAT number.
