Registration

Conference fee:

Registration for the conference dinner and lab visits closed on May 15. We are no longer able to accept additional sign-ups for these activities. Thank you for your interest and understanding.

Payment options:

• Most major card companies are accepted. Please note that the payment provider does not accept American Express.
• For participants from outside Sweden: An invoice for payment by bank transfer, will be sent as a pdf attachment in a separate e-mail. Invoices are created manually and could take a few days to process.
• For Swedish participants: An invoice will be sent primarily electronically (e-faktura) to your company/organisation. If your company/organisation cannot receive an electronic invoice, the invoice will be sent to you by email.

Cancellation conditions:

The registration is binding. There is no refund for cancellations after registration is made.

If you are not able to participate, you are welcome to give your spot to a colleague/friend. Please contact the conference secretariat if you want to change your name and participation for another person. If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us at SMILS2026@akademikonferens.se to minimize food waste.
