National meeting for medical programmes in Uppsala

Uppsala is hosting this year’s national meeting for medical programmes, a a conference for those responsible for medical programmes in Sweden. This year’s theme is: Medical education – vocational training vs academic education. This year’s keynote speaker is Ulf Danielsson.

The meeting begins with lunch on Thursday, 9 October, and concludes with lunch on Friday, 10 October. On Thursday evening, we will have a guided tour of the newly renovated Gustavianum, Uppsala University Museum, followed by a communal dinner.

Accommodation in Uppsala

We have provisionally booked Akademihotellet, Best Western Hotel Svava, Clarion Hotel Gillet and Clarion Home Hotel. These hotels are all centrally located in Uppsala, within walking distance of Uppsala University Hospital.

You book and pay for your accommodations yourselves. Please see the invitation for more information on each hotel and the deadline for booking the reserved rooms.
