Eva Storskrubb är docent och universitetslektor i processrätt vid juridiska fakulteten.
Hon forskar inom civilprocessrätt. Särskilda intresseområden är internationell processrätt, EU processrätt, skiljerätt och alternativ tvislösning.
Biografi
Docent och lektor Eva Storskrubb är jur lic från Helsingfors unviersitet och jur dr från Europeiska universitetsinstitutet i Florens (EUI). Hon disputerade 2006 och hennes avhandling har publicerats av Oxford University Press 2008: Civil Procedure and EU Law - A Policy Area Uncovered. Som post doctor och första Marie Curie fellow i juridik i Sverige arbetade hon vid fakulteten (2014 - 2016) med projektet: RECLAIM: The Legitimacy of Mutual Recognition as a Regulatory Strategy for the Policy Area of Civil Justice in the EU. Under 2016-2021 var hon deltidsforskare vid fakulteten, inom ramen för projektet Europeisk kvarstad på bankmedel – hur påverkas rätten? (Ragnar Söderbergs Stiftelse).
Sedan 2021 är hon universitetslektor vid institutionen på heltid. Hon har dessförinnan jobbat som advokat och biträdande jurist med fokus på kommersiell tvistlösning på advokatbyrå i Sverige, Finland och England. Hon har även varit praktikant vid EU-domstolen och på Europeiska kommissionen.
Hon undervisar huvudsakligen på Terminskurs 4 och Terminskurs 6, samt fördjupningskurserna EU Commercial Law and Litigation, EU Criminal Law, EU Civil Procedure och Civilprocessföring. Hon undervisar även på masterprogrammet i investeringsrätt och handleder examensuppsatser.
