Forskning
Fokus i min forskning är arbetshälsa ur ett hälsofrämjande såväl som rehabiliterande perspektiv. När det gäller det systematiska arbetsmiljöarbetet är jag särskilt intresserad av medarbetardelaktighet samt vilka mekanismer som krävs för att ett systematiskt arbetsmiljöarbete ska bli långsiktigt varaktigt i en organisation. Inom forskningen rörande arbetslivsinriktad rehabilitering är arbetssätt som främjar arbetsåtergång, specifikt gällande samverkan mellan rehabilitering, patient och arbetsgivare, mitt största intresseområde.
Jag arbetar för närvarande med flera olika forskningsprojekt:
- Arbetsgivarinvolvering för att främja återgång till arbete för personer med långvarig smärta inom specialistrehabilitering.
- Arbetsgivarinvolvering för att främja arbetsåtergång för personer med mild till måttlig psykisk ohälsa och/eller långvarig smärta som söker vård i primärvård.
- Metodik för att främja medarbetardelaktighet i det systematiska arbetsmiljöarbetet (riskbedömning) inom handelsbranschen.
