I mitt doktorandprojekt "Nutritionens betydelse efter brännskador" undersöker vi nutritionsbehandling i relation till riktlinjer efter brännskador, faktorer som kan påverka aptit och ätande efter en brännskada samt energibehov efter en brännskada.
