Specalistläkare i neurokirurgi vid Akademiska sjukhuset. Forskningsområden/intressen:
Skalltrauma hos äldre, med fokus på kroniska subduralhematom, epidemiologi och behandlingsaspekter.
Skallbenstumörer och skallbensrekonstruktion.
Genetiska tumörsyndrom med fokus på von Hippel-Lindaus sjukdom.
Ärftliga degenerativa sjukdomar i nervsystemet.
Biografi
Ursprungligen från Åland, studerat medicin i Uppsala och har blivit staden trogen sedan dess. Sedan tonåren varit intresserad av hjärnan och dess funktioner, vilket lett in på den aktuella banan.
