Arbetar som universitetslektor vid Institutionen för kirurgiska vetenskaper. Jag arbetar i Specialistsjuksköterskeprogrammet, inriktning kirurgisk vård samt i inriktningsövergripande kurser. Tillhör forskargruppen Omvårdnad inom kirurgisk vård och högteknologisk vård där fokus ligger på personcentrerad vård, ramverket Fundamentals of Care och patientdelaktighet. Jag arbetar inom inCHARGE. Forskningsområden: personcentrerad vård, kompetens och professionsutveckling.

Biografi
Jag arbetar som kursansvarig och examinator inom inriktning kirurgisk vård i specialistsjuksköterskeprogrammet. Undervisar även i inriktningsövergripande kursen Vårdvetenskaplig teori och metod samt handleder och examinerar examensarbeten i inriktningarna anestesisjukvård, operationssjukvård, intensivvård, ambulanssjukvård och kirurgisk vård.
Forskning
Forskningsprogrammet InCHARGE
Det övergripande syftet är att uppnå personcentrerad vård och utforma interventioner som leder till att sjuksköterskors kompetens tillvaratas. Gruppen studerar hur en personcentrerad vård kan uppnås inom den högteknologiska vården för patienter som har komplexa sjukdomstillstånd och i pre- och postoperativ vård med stöd av ramverket Fundamentals of Care. För att uppnå detta studeras organisation, struktur och förutsättningar för omvårdnad. Forskningsprojekten bedrivs inom gruppen och i tvärprofessionellt samarbete
