Jag är docent i vårdvetenskap och associerad forskare till Institutionen för folkhälso- och vårdvetenskap. Min forskning berör mångkulturell vård och inkludering i arbetslivet för personer med utländsk utbildning.
Biografi
Sjuksköterska, Högskolan i Jönköping. Lektor och docent i vårdvetenskap vid Högskolan i Gävle.
Forskning
Mina forskningsintressen berör inkluderande och hälsofrämjande arbetsliv i Sverige för personer med utländsk utbildning inom vårdsektorn. Ett annat projekt handlar om hur det är att leva och arbeta i en mångkulturell miljö på särskilda boenden för äldre.
